What this can review

  • Public vendor pages or clearly authorized vendor/admin information.
  • Duplicate or stale vendor-list patterns you can describe without sharing private files.
  • A simple cleanup checklist: fields to reconcile, rows to de-dupe, reminders to update, and questions to resolve internally.

What this will not request

No W-9s, COIs, tax forms, IDs, payment details, bank details, portal credentials, phone numbers, tenant/customer files, confidential contracts, or private vendor documents.

This is admin organization only — not legal, tax, insurance, procurement, compliance, or financial advice.

Good fit
